b. Delays due to circumstances beyond our control will be communicated as soon as possible.

a. The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery.

b. It is your responsibility to inspect the products upon receipt and notify us of any issues within 48 hours of delivery.

7. Warranty and After-Sales Service

7.1 Claim Process:

a. If you discover a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, please contact our Customer Service at drcollagencare@gmail.com with details, including photographs and proof of purchase.

b. Upon verification, the Company will, at its discretion, replace the defective product.

c. Unboxing video is compulsory.

7.2 Exclusions:

a. Any damage caused by physical impact, misuse, or mishandling is expressly excluded from this warranty.
