No. Metastable is caffeine-free and stimulant-free. The energy comes from restored cellular machinery — B-complex cofactors, better absorption through a healthier gut, and a calmer stress response. It's steady, not spiky.
Is ashwagandha safe to take every day?
KSM-66 ashwagandha has the largest body of safety data of any extract — with studies running 12 weeks or more of daily use. We recommend a natural break (5 days on, 2 off, or an 8-week cycle) the same way most clinicians do with any adaptogen.
Can I take Metastable with Collabloom or Collatrim?
Yes. Collabloom focuses on beauty, Collatrim on body composition, Metastable on the internal terrain — gut, stress, energy. Space collagen-containing products an hour apart so you're not stacking the same 5g dose twice in a window.
Is Metastable safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
We don't recommend Metastable during pregnancy or breastfeeding — ashwagandha and rhodiola haven't been adequately studied in those windows. Speak with your obstetrician before adding any adaptogen supplement.
Does Metastable contain any allergens?
Contains marine collagen (fish). Free from dairy, gluten, soy and nuts. Not vegan. Inulin is derived from chicory root — mild bloating can occur in the first week as the microbiome adapts. This typically resolves by week two.
What's your return policy?
Adaptogens take time. We ask you to give Metastable at least 30 days of consistent use before judging the outcome — KSM-66 and Rhodiola both have published timelines around the 28–42 day mark.
