Refund policy

We do not have a return policy for the products.

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unopened in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at drcollagencare@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, you have to send the product to our address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement will not be accepted.

Return Requests submitted via Facebook, Instagram, or any other medium will not be considered.

A] Under what conditions can you replace your product?

  1. Wrong product delivered
  2. Expired product delivered
  3. Damaged product delivered – physical damage/ tampered product or packaging
  4. Incomplete order – missing products

B] Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exchange or return of the physically damaged products can only be claimed if the unboxing video was made as proof.

C] Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

D] Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
